  • Products can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made products or products that have been altered at the customer’s request are not eligible for exchange.

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

2. Exchange Process

Steps to Exchange

  3. Packaging: Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  4. Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Confirmation

  • After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • If approved, we will process and send the replacement product. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Replacement Shipping Costs

  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.
