Return and Exchange Policy (General Terms)
We at IDEA believe that customer satisfaction is our goal, and therefore, in the event of dissatisfaction with the purchases, we undertake to return or exchange the product within (15 days) from the date of receipt from the store or home receipt according to the conditions specified below.
– The customer must visit the store and present the product to be returned.
– The customer must provide the original purchase invoice showing all the details, personal data and date of purchase.
– The product must be unopened or unused, and all accessories must be available (original packaging and packaging / accessories / product operating manual / warranty cards).
The return and exchange policy does not apply to the product in the following cases:
– If the product does not contain its original packaging (box/case).
– If the product has been opened and there is no defect or manufacturing defect.
– If the product has been opened and the barcode or serial number designated for activation or subscription has been scanned.
– If the products have been used and no defect has been found by specialized technicians.
– If there is a defect in the measurements regarding the assembled products unless all the pieces were purchased from the store.
Product Quality Assurance:
– By signing the product receipt document, the customer acknowledges that the product quality is free of defects.
– The company is not responsible for any defect, fault or poor performance resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow the operating rules stipulated.
– To ensure optimal performance of the product, the buyer must follow the usage procedures suggested by the company.
Return and Exchange Policy (for defective products):
If the customer discovers a defect in the product within (15 days) whether it does not work as advertised or does not work as described in the operating manual (manufacturing defect), the return and exchange policy apply according to the following conditions:
– The product must be verified by experts and specialized technicians, whether from the store or the manufacturer, and no return or exchange will be made until the product is fully verified.
– The customer must return the product with the original packaging and all accessories and in good condition within the specified period (15 days)، and if this is not possible, the product will not be replaced and will be repaired only according to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
Note: If a defective product is returned or replaced, IDEA is not responsible for any data or information that may be lost or transferred to another customer because of the return or replacement. The customer must ensure that no information is stored in the defective product.
Return and exchange policy for assembled products:
In addition to the general terms and conditions, the return and exchange policy and warranty provisions for assembled products are excluded from the application of the following cases:
– The product is damaged in any way due to poor installation, unless the product is installed by the store’s specialized team.
– If the defect or damage to the product is due to the installation of another part from outside the store.
Screens Return and Exchange Policy:
In addition to the general terms and conditions, the return and exchange policy and warranty provisions on screens are not applicable in the following cases:
– If the non-luminous dots on the screen are less than 5 dots.
Refund Mechanism:
– If all the conditions for returning the product are met, the refund process will be carried out using the same payment mechanism.
– Delivery and installation fees are not subject to return but are limited to products only.
Note: The customer must inspect the product before signing the proof of delivery document, and in the event of reporting any damage or breakage in any of the products after signing the proof of delivery document, the return and exchange policy does not apply to them, nor do the terms and conditions of the warranty apply to them.
